    I built a new page with the Avia Page Builder but when I try to reopen the page for edits, it just spins and doesn’t load the content. I’ve tried a few things that I found in other forum posts but nothing has helped so far. There have been no new plugins added or changed that should have any effect.

    Hey gseiwimarcomm,

    Thanks for the login details. I checked the Wedding page, which seems to be the problem page, correct? I see that you are getting a 404 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file, but I’m not sure why. Could you enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, so that we can move the content to a test page please? We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so. Also please make sure that you have backups of the site, before adding any code.

    Rikard — I have added in the requested code for debug mode. If for some reason I didn’t do this correctly, you have my permission to fix that. I do have site backups.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I created a test page, and I managed to get the layout builder working again, please see private. It looks like there was something wrong with the testimonials, but I’m not sure exactly what unfortunately. Could you try adding the content back on the test page please? Also make sure to not add any special character like quotation marks, as they might be the reason to why the layout builder is breaking.
