Hi,
I updated my site to the latest version. The problem I am facing is, when I am going to edit the Homepage (i.e. Front page), it keeps loading and loading. I left it for one hour like that, still loading. And it’s happening only with the homepage.
Even after disabling all the plugin, the problem is still there. Please look into this ASAP.October 22, 2018 at 1:50 pm #1024858October 23, 2018 at 6:15 am #1025245I am really sorry about that. Please find the login details in the private section
October 23, 2018 at 9:37 am #1025287Hi,
I tried enabling debug mode – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode in Appearance > Editor however changes were not saved. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
Best regards,

VictoriaOctober 25, 2018 at 6:34 am #1026197Hi Victoria, I did as you instructed. I disabled all the plugins and then reupdated the WordPress. The problem remains as it was. Please check what the issue is. My client is bombarding on me as he needs some edits on the homepage only. Please take this seriously.
October 25, 2018 at 1:02 pm #1026334Hey, I got my page editor loaded, once I disable the ‘ModSecurity’ from the cPanel. But is it safe for the site to keep the ‘ModSecurity’ disabled? I don’t think so. I am in a state of trauma. Please help me. Currently, I have kept the ‘ModSecurity’ ON.
One more thing, I uploaded the backup of this site on another hosting. It is working fine there, page editor is loading, even the ‘ModSecurity’ is always ON. How is it so? I am confused.

October 25, 2018 at 1:46 pm #1026345Hi,
I took a look and disabled the “Social Warfare” plugin which removed many of the errors, but when editing the page you still get this error:wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Please ask your host if the ModSecurity module is enabled, and try disabling it, I also see you are using PHP v7.2, try downgrading to PHP v7
I checked your homepage with the debugger and found no issues, I also tested your homepage on my localhost with no issues. I also tried disabling your plugins, and that didn’t solve, as you said.Best regards,
MikeOctober 26, 2018 at 6:55 am #1026638Hi Mike,
I have changed the PHP version to 7.
But don’t you think disabling ModSecurity will be a security risk for the website. I also tried generating a fresh htaccess file, but that didn’t work. This is the htaccess code used in the site. Please check if there is any issue in this.- This reply was modified 6 years ago by websevent_1321.
