    Guten Tag,
    bei meiner Seite kann ich keine Änderungen im Seiteninhalt machen?
    Der Page Builder lädt und lädt und lädt ???
    WordPress (6.1.1)
    Version von PHP (7.4.33)
    Enfold 5.xx

    An was kann das liegen?
    Gibt es ein Batch? oder ähnliches ?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold, version 3.6.1, which is not compatible with your WordPress and PHP versions.

    Updating Enfold would fix the issue. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 5.4 :)

    Hello Yigit,

    now i updated the Version from enfold theme to 5.4
    an rebuild the site on my on testserver. no result.
    the avia layout builder doesn´t work ?
    clone logs see below
    what is wrong?

    Hi,

    You have modified the header.php file on your child theme. Could you please try updating it with a fresh copy from the parent theme and re-apply your modifications to the file?

    You can temporarily switch Enfold parent theme to see if the issue is related to child theme or not :)

    you mean copy the header.php from parent and paste it to the child header.php?
    sorry, i am only a designer and have only a little bit of exp. from coding :)
    should i make a back up from child header.php?

    Hi,

    • Please rename the header.php file on your child theme to old-header.php.
    • Copy the header.php file from the parent theme and paste it into your child theme.
    • Edit the header.php file on your child theme and re-apply the modifications you had on your old-header.php file
    • Check if everything is working fine. If they are, you can remove the old-header.php file

    I believe the issue is in the header.php file because it is from a very old version. To confirm that, you can temporarily switch to Enfold parent theme :)

    Sorry, no result after copy content from parent to child header.php
    still no avia layout builder ?

    Yes, please do because you also have modifications in the functions.php file of your child theme :)

    Hi,

    I found that the issue is in the enfold-child/shortcodes/grid-row.php file. I have deleted the file from the shortcodes folder and ALB works as expected.

    Please take these steps: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-page-builder-erscheint-nicht/#post-1394932 and add the updated grid-row.php file to your child theme. The file is located in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/grid_row/grid_row.php on the parent theme :)

    you deactivated the classic editor? i activated the plugin now, it still works
    so i think everything is fine.

    Hi,

    You had a modified version of the grid-row.php file inside /shortcodes/ folder. I have deleted that file, which is why it is working fine.

    If you no longer need to modify the grid-row.php file, you can remove /shortcodes/ folder from your child theme on your live site as well :)

    Instead of using an additional plugin, you can go to Enfold theme options and choose to use the classic editor: https://i.imgur.com/0naOR9l.png :)
