I cannot edit or add text in either the Avia page builder or the WP visual editor or text editor. In both the default WordPress or using the Advanced Layout Editor I cannot type or paste text. When I go to edit or create with the text block, there isn’t anything visible. I can highlight the text in the box but it won’t show up visibly. I click over to the text editor and I can see the text the first time. If I go back to the visual editor (which now won’t even show the area to type text) and go back to the text editor, the text isn’t visible there either.
I’ve tried deactivating plugins and that does not resolve.I’ve tried these suggestions: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/ and all were tested unsuccessfully so I’m starting a new support ticket.

Can you share a login link with us please?There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Make sure no caching is activated on your site/server (ask your host about it to be sure).

AndyJanuary 11, 2017 at 8:49 am #731938Enfold has been installed under another name “Enfold2” with a fully clean setup and the problem still exists so I think this is a compatibility issue between Enfold and the newest WP release.
Please escalate support to a higher level. My login credentials are in the private content – please investigate as Enfold has been reinstalled and the problem still exists.

We saw a lot of errors in the console when we accessed the advance layout builder. Some of the files do not exist or cached. Please post the content of the .htaccess file on pastebin.com. We would like to check it. And if possible, please deactivate every plugins, see if it fixes the issue.

AndyFebruary 17, 2017 at 4:49 pm #748530With regards to issue I detailed on January 7, 2017 — we followed the direction to deactivate all plugins, delete enfold theme via ftp, upload the latest enfold theme via ftp. Still having the same issue – can not see the content under the visual or text tab. We really need to find a solution!

did you get a fresh copy from your themeforest account? this is crucial.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins for testing purposes?
If you still need help with this, then send us ftp access.
