Hi there,

I am having trouble editing my pages with the Avia Layout Builder. All I see is a rotating circle of death… Please help, thank you.

Hi Chay20!

Please try the following

Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug

together with disabling any active plugins.
Let us know if that works out.

Oh so I can’t use the Advanced Editor at all? I now have the advanced editor with the rotating circle and then the shortcodes underneath…

I wanted to keep using the Advanced Editor as I am not very technical.

If none of them work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

Hey!

Please update Enfold to the Latest Version, you are running a really old one.
Let us know if that will fix the issue.

Thanks for this, but I have tried updating my theme – it just says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! Great!”

What should I do?

Hi,

Please try clearing WordPress transients using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. If that doesn’t work then please try updating manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
