Avia Layout Window Forever Loading

Hey all,

I am seeing an issue with the Avia layout creator. I inherited this site, and it looks like all the pages were hard coded using front-end code and the av short codes. I looked at the child theme and they do have the debugging option on in the functions.php file. However, when going to a page to make edits the layout window does not load, only the text editor to add in everything. My question is around whether or not we can use the avia layout builder to edit pages with the debugging on. Or if it’s possible to disable debugging and still have everything that was entered into the text editor below. the entire site was made that way so i don’t want to just switch from debugging back to the layout maker and lose everything.
