Hello! I am using the Avia Layout Builder for my pages. When I click on a Text Block to edit, I get the following message: An error occuredX
Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again. Reloading the page does not help. If I delete the text block, copy in the text, it will work once.WordPress, the theme, and all plugins are updated. The latest plugin I added was Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd, but deactivating it did not help.

On what page are you seeing this problem? You could try to delete and recreate the element to see if that helps. Please be careful to close any added markup properly:
Bold text closed properly
Thanks,
RikardMay 16, 2016 at 5:28 pm #633157I am also having this issue.
I have recreated the element multiple times and the issue continues.
I get the same message as mentioned above. It doesn’t do it with all of the text block elements, just a few.
Any ideas of what could be causing this?
I have gone through the disable and uninstall plugins steps already and everything is up to date.
Thank you.
May 16, 2016 at 5:34 pm #633165I’ve tried the same solutions as Micheal0424. No luck.
I’m having trouble on multiple pages, but you can specifically check out the Coaching page.

Here is the solution:
The issue is Wordfence conflict, I will have to look into it deeper when I have more time.
May 17, 2016 at 2:58 pm #633771Just out of curiosity I Disabled the Firewall feature inside the Wordfence plugin while it was still running and presto – I was able to edit the element icon inside the cell.
Hopefully others can learn from my experience.May 17, 2016 at 3:00 pm #633772After completing the cell edits I Enabled the Firewall feature inside the Wordfence plugin.
May 17, 2016 at 4:41 pm #633835Yeah, I figured that would do the trick as well.
When I have more time I will see if I can change the firewall settings, just playing catch up right now.
Thanks for sharing that info.

RikardMay 18, 2016 at 11:31 pm #634819I am seeing the same thing. I can disable Wordfence and able to edit text box content, then activate after done editing. This is a bit of a pain right now though. Please let me know when a fix is available.
Thanks,
