    Hi,

Just started editing my website again after quite a long time. WordPress and Enfold both updated to the latest verisons.
I used to be able to hit the ‘fullscreen icon’ that existed next to the ‘templates’ icon and this would enable fullscreen mode and also lock the Avia Builder elements to the top of the page. This no longer happens, so if i scroll down to the bottom of a long page and then want to add an element, i then have to scroll all the way back up, grab the element and then drag it all the way back down to place.

I’ve tried setting the ‘fullcreen’ mode using the three dots menu but this goes fullscreen but still doesn’t lock the builder elements to the top of the page.

Is this a new behaviour and is there any way of getting back the locked Avia Builder section?

    thanks..

EDIT – Ok, i found my solution and have a couple of questions. Seems that in order to ‘lock’ the Avia Builder to the top of the screen i need to enable the ‘Classic Editor’ instead of the Block Editor? So, if this is the case, is there any disadvantage in using the classic edtor? Seems a shame that the new block editor does not allow the locking of the builder to the top. Scrolling up and down constantly in order to add elements to a big page is very slow and clunky…

    Hi stripealipe,

We’re glad to hear that :)
There’s no disadvantage in using the classic editor since you’re using Enfold’s Page Builder, also the reason why it may be slow when the block editor is used is probably some js errors.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
