When you click Advanced layout editor on a new page nothing happens. When you visit a page that was created with Avia a wheel just spins in the content area.
Enfold “Show all options” will also not load.
Running Enfold 2.9.1, WordPress 4.0

I have two sites using the Enfold theme. Both were on 2.9.1.
The one that was functioning properly was able to update to WordPress 4.0 and do the 2.9.2 theme update automatically.The WordPress server with issues in question had to be updated via FTP. Seems to have resolved the issue immediately, before even half of the update was applied.
What actually got patched in the 2.9.2 update that was causing Avia to not load?
