We just upgraded a client to 4.2.2 and now Avia won’t load. What is the fix for this?
May 12, 2015 at 1:49 am #442768I am having the same issue on my site. Also, my large image sliders are no longer showing. I have Enfold version 1.7.1 and WordPress 4.2.2.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.1.5 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

May 13, 2015 at 7:34 am #443570Hey @anma!
Could you try to overwrite your theme files via FTP with a fresh copy from Themeforest to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
RikardMay 20, 2015 at 1:07 am #446835Overwriting theme files with latest from ThemeForrest via FTP did not help. Just updated to WP 4.2.2 and visual editor will not load. Just keeps spinning. I can create a new post and enable the advanced editor, but when I go to edit one, for example, a product page where I used the advanced layout editor, it just keeps spinning.

May 20, 2015 at 5:06 pm #447288Hi!
@treblamah in that case do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately as well as FTP access. Please also upload enfold.zip somewhere on your server and tell us where so we can update the theme for you.Regards,
YigitMay 20, 2015 at 5:12 pm #447295Hi Yigit,

@anma glad you figured it out! We will keep the thread open for the OP and other users. If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to start a new thread :)Best regards,
YigitMay 20, 2015 at 5:20 pm #447302I got it to start working as well. I had the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin running on the site. When I updated it to the latest release the layout editor started working. Not sure if it was causal or coincidental, but it works now.
May 20, 2015 at 5:31 pm #447313May 22, 2015 at 6:52 pm #448549we do not have that plugin on our system. How do I tell what version of the theme I have?
May 23, 2015 at 1:31 am #448793Hi!
In Appearance > Themes.
Best regards,
JosueJune 5, 2015 at 7:43 pm #455263I have the same infinite spinning wheel bug. I updated to 3.2.0 replacing all 3.1.5 files in two steps, first deleting old theme and uploading the 3.2.0. I also checked the API key and it is correct.
Has anyone successfully solved this issue, short or reinstalling the entire site? Ours is a production site with hundreds of pages, so trying not to do that.
June 5, 2015 at 7:44 pm #455264Hey!
@ubercool Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If it does not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privatelyCheers!
YigitJune 5, 2015 at 7:45 pm #455267I’m currently deactivating plugins and will see if that helps and, if not, will post the admin pw here.

June 6, 2015 at 5:29 pm #455515What happened when you logged in with my credentials?
June 7, 2015 at 12:32 am #455549Hi! @ubercool,
Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
Best regards,
JosueJune 7, 2015 at 12:46 am #455553No unfortunately that didn’t help. Continues to hang.
June 7, 2015 at 1:02 am #455555Hey!
Can you go to your wp-admin folder and check if the admin-ajax.php file exists? this is the error that is popping in the console when the builder tries to load:
POST http://theinternational.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)
Best regards,
JosueJune 7, 2015 at 2:49 am #455571Yes, that was the solution. Thanks so much!!! I can’t believe that file got deleted somehow, weird!
Thanks again! :)
June 7, 2015 at 3:03 am #455572You are welcome, glad to help :)
