Hi. I have one page on my website where the Avia Layout Builder fails to load the elements on the page in my WordPress control panel. It is actually the page selected to be my blog page and displays several articles (blog summary). The page is visible on my website (link in the private content field) but I would like to make some amendments for SEO purposes and I can’t access it. All I get is the spinning wheel but the elements never load.
I have checked your forum and see lots of people have had the same issue. I have tried all the suggested options of disabling all the plugins, clearing the website cache, clearing the browser cache, trying different browsers, etc, but no joy.
Could you make any suggestions as to what to try next, please?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update, though I get an error when trying to access the login page?

Thanks for that, it’s working now. If you want to use the Layout Builder to edit that page, then you need to unset it in the theme options. Otherwise a default template will be used, could you try that out please?

I fully deleted the page (that wasn’t editable) and then recreated it which has resolved the issue.
Best regards
