As with others, my Avia Layout Builder will not load on any pages. I updated Enfold. No fix. Then I:
Reloaded Enfold from Themeforest via FTP.
Reloaded WordPress 4.7.5.
Turned off all plugins.
Cleared cached.
Tried in Chrome instead of Firefox.
Optimized the database.
Cleared cache again and again. The page builder just won’t load for any of the pages. Normally it wouldn’t be urgent, but my clients were just featured in Thrillist and on a commercial for Cabo Wabo Tequila, and they’re quite anxious to get that information on their website and I can’t update without the builder.
Any help would be appreciated. Login credentials below.
Also, when trying to update the user password for the username I already had for you, the ‘generate password’ button isn’t loading the form field either. It did however work when I created a new user.
June 5, 2017 at 8:28 pm #804124Yoast. It’s choking on Yoast SEO.
June 5, 2017 at 8:43 pm #804130Hi,
It loads when Yoast is disabled?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJune 5, 2017 at 8:57 pm #804141Correct. I just replaced Yoast with a fresh copy and it’s still not loading if it is activated. I’m not sure why. I have the same setup (theme and yoast) on multiple sites without issue.
June 5, 2017 at 9:03 pm #804149Hi,
Do you have the exact same combination of plugins on the other sites as well? Your problem could be a combination of Yoast and another plugin.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJune 5, 2017 at 10:50 pm #804203Yes. And on another site (jbcwatertreatment.com), the layout builder loads, but the text editor isn’t working unless I turn off Yoast.
The Silvey Angus site has only required plugins. Woo, WordFence, Yoast, etc, and the JBC site has the exact same plugins, plus a few more. The plugins on the Silvey site are all required, must-haves.

June 5, 2017 at 11:02 pm #804206Hi,
Through research I have read additional threads about this issue, but unfortunately no concrete solution or permanent fix. Perhaps contacting the Yoast developers could yield results.

Jordan ShannonJune 6, 2017 at 12:49 am #804242Hi.
i have just raised a similar ticket, Yoast SEo is on 4 enfold site i run all the same plugins and the advance layout editor loads but its really really slow.
Editing within in a simply text element has a lag of about 3 seconds when typing. Disable yoast Seo and it works fine.June 6, 2017 at 1:18 am #804249Jordan, I can raise the flag over at Yoast, but I guarantee they’ll say it’s not their problem because it’s a theme related issue. It works just fine with a different theme, so…it’s an issue within Enfold. I can tell you that it began somewhere near the last WordPress upgrade. I can’t remember when Yoast last updated, and I had trouble on a site that had yet not updated to the latest Enfold.
Likely it’s something that updated with WordPress and is now a conflict with Yoast and Enfold. It needs to be investigated. Yoast isn’t something I want to live without, and I don’t want to change themes. For now, I am turning off Yoast to edit pages, updating, and then turning Yoast back on when I exit.
June 6, 2017 at 4:17 pm #804558Hi,
I will ask my teammates if they have additional ideas on this issue.

Jordan ShannonJune 6, 2017 at 6:44 pm #804641Hi Mrs. Haffly,
If you do not mind, could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
Regards,
YigitJune 6, 2017 at 8:11 pm #804662You bet.
For some reason the site added an http:// in front of the ftp for the server. Don’t use the http:// part.

June 7, 2017 at 12:55 am #804762Hey!
I edited wp-config.php file and added following
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
Please review your website :)
Best regards,
YigitJune 7, 2017 at 1:27 am #804766I did, front end, and it looks okay. What does define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); do, and why is it necessary? Will I need to add this to all of my Enfold sites giving me issues? And why suddenly do I need this in the config?
June 7, 2017 at 10:13 am #804981Hi!
Someone explained here better than i could :)
As you already know, there are few other users having issues with Yoast at the moment. We asked them to inform Yoast team as well. Until there is a definite solution, you can keep the code in wp-config.php file or add to wp-config.php file on sites giving you issues.
Cheers!
