I originally started to build a Woocommerce site with Avada theme because I thought the Woocommerce plugin would work great with it. It did but I didn’t like the way the products were displayed and hard to edit CSS to make it look right.
Then I bought the Enfold theme and woocommerce products were displayed much better.
However the Fusion builder had woocommerce elements that could be added to the builder whereas the Avia Layout Builder did not.
Fusion builder allows you to select Woocommerce shortcodes from a dropdown menu. When using Avia Layout Builder the work around is to use code block and then manually look up the woocommerce shortcodes example: [product_categories number=””] and then paste in the shortcode.
This works but is a pain to do as I am not familiar with all the Woocommerce shortcodes. It would be nice if you could add this. Here is link to what the Fusion Builder Woocommerce options are: http://rebornsoftsiliconedolls.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/wooshortcodes.jpg
Would it be possible to add this feature to Avia in the future?
Thanks
Rainer
Hey Rainer,
Thanks for the suggestion. Please feel free to request – or vote if already requested – such feature on Enfold feature request form.
Best regards,
Nikko
