    Hi,

I use within a page the “Avia Layout Builder” and added in the HTML Editor some text and need to have a blank/space line before it:

    <p>&nbsp;</p>
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor.

But in the frontend there is no blank line. Returning back to the text box in the Avia Layout Builder then this blank line isn’t there anymore – neither in the visual nor in the HTML editor – it is just deleted as soon as I save it.

How can I avoid this to be deleted?

    Hi COLORIT!

This is a result of the WordPress text filter. You can use blank hr elements in the layout and use another text box or you can try only editing the text in the text tab of the editor for that text box.

    Cheers!

    that’s a good idea, thanks a lot!
There isn’t any way to add something to the functions.php? I use “code snippets” and could easily add there “against” this “WordPress text filter”?

    Hi!

You can use a custom shortcode, take a look at this.

    Cheers!
