    Every time I make even a minor change on a page in the avia layout builder, the page freezes for about 10 seconds before I can click on anything. The only way it doesn’t do that is if I delete all elements on the page. Every single one, so I’m not able to narrow it down cause it always has to be all of them. I don’t have any plugins running. I deactivated them for the purpose of troubleshooting. Didn’t make a difference. This doesn’t occur on all pages, but it does on my homepage.

    Hey Brendon,

    Sorry for the issues you are experiencing.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hello,

    It’s the page called ‘Homepage’ that I’m having the problem on. If you try to edit elements in any way it usually freezes up. I posted the login info below.

    Hi,

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Hey I found out there is a problem with chrome only. Firefox it works fine.

    Hi,

    Could you try clearing the cache from Chrome and reload a few times to see if that helps please?
