    Hi there,

    I need urgent help with an issue on the Avia Layout builder within the Enfold theme. The issue occurred when editing a portfolio post after i moved the position of the SEO Yoast plugin column to above the Avia Advanced layout builder within a portfolio item. Every time i now try to access a Portfolio item i just get a spinning wheel and everything else on the page is frozen and unable to move. It still works within page editor and blog posts but just not within portfolio posts.

    I tried to fix this by disabling the SEO plugin which worked but then as i re-arranged the windows within the portfolio posts again (moving the avia layout builder down) and it then messed it up again! I am now having the same issue as above even with the SEO plugin still de-activated.

    I’m running Enfold 3.7.1 and it’s saying it’s the latest version? I’m unsure how to get this updated to the latest version? All of my plugins and wordpress all up to date also.

    Hey johanthebarbarian,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for you response. I’ve tried to update to 4.2 using the instructions but 1. my API key isn’t present under the settings / API keys so i can’t get the latest version. I’ve tried re-installing the theme with the current version i have but it just comes up with failed installation.

    I’ve provided login credentials – would it be possible for you to look into this for me?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, though I can’t add your API key for you. You have to do that yourself, you can find the information in your Themeforest account. Otherwise you might want to update manually this time?
