    Hi,
    After we transferred our multi-website WP to new server Avia layout builder stopped working because of following javascript error:

    Also form fields except submit button are not available in frontend.

    I tried to update the template and wordpress(using backend) but nothing changed.
    current versions:
    WP version: 4.3.1
    Enfold version: 3.4.4
    when i update template using FTP, site shows a blank page. if u thing plugins caused the problem i disabled them but still same problem…
    Any idea?

    Hi smartchris!

    can u please provide us with FTP details?
    Updating through ftp should not be giving a white page and it seems that some files have not been moved from your back up.

    The problem is solved. it was a permission problem… some files hadn’t right permissions
