Hello,
Ever since I downloaded the Enfold theme I have seen the Avia Layout Builder Notification when changing my client’s website and posting new blog posts. I was curious as to how to make it go away, it is right in front of the permalink box and title when I write posts.
Hey XanderHall,
I’ve never heard of that before, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Not a problem here is the information in the private section.
And the link
Hi,
First of all, try to disable all the plugins and check if there`s any conflict.

Hey John,
Will deactivating the plugins reset the settings of them?
Thanks,
Xander Hall
Hi,
Thanks for the login details. There is something messing with the CSS on your installation, the same problem happens under Appearance->Themes as well. The close button is there but it’s not visible, if you hover your mouse on the bottom of the notification bubble you will see a small grey area, the close button is just to the left of it.
Your plugins should stay the same after deactivating them, but I can’t say that they will for sure.
Best regards,
Rikard
Thanks for the info Rkard. When I hovered my mouse over the notification bubble I didn’t see any small grey area. Should I do that once I disable the plugins?
Thanks,
Xander Hall
Hi,
You don’t need to disable anything, the close button is there, just hover the bottom of the bubble with your mouse until the pointer becomes a hand. If you want to find out what is messing with the CSS then you can try to disable all plugins.
Best regards,
Rikard
Okay thanks!
Hi!
Do you still need further help with this topic, or can we close this thread? :)
Best regards,
Sarah
