    Hello all —

    Since updating to 3.4.7, Avia Layout Builder has stopped working.

    I have deactivated all plugins and tested, purged cache, and done a database backup, and no improvement.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    The builder is working fine on my end, could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps? If not please try a different browser or machine.

    Did you try editing an existing page, or just creating a new one? I can create a new page, using the Avia Builder, but when you try to edit that page, or any existing page, the loading wheel just spins, and then nothing shows up.

    OK, never mind: it seems to be working fine in Firefox, but not Chrome, no matter which machine I try it on. Hmm.

    Hi,

    If it’s working in one browser and not on another then it’s most likely caching. Try running software like CCleaner on Windows or Magician on Mac if you should have further problems.
