I’m having the same issue as the others have posted since upgrading to version 3.47. Everything was fine until then. Now, I see the content load just fine in ‘review’ mode, but when I go to edit the content and editing buttons appear white against white. Also, I can’t get the content to load into the default editor either. I do have Yoast for SEO and WP Security plugins activated. I intentionally disabled everything, did a hard clear of the cache and to no avail. I turned back on the key plugins required to keep the site ‘safe’ and optimized.

    Hi mjgraham_99,

Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply

You could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hi!

The issue you’re having is related to the /wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php file which can not be accesed by WordPress (forbidden error). I’d suggest re-installing WordPress (specifically the wp-includes folder).

    Cheers!

Josue – I tried manually updating WordPress again via FTP – including re-installing the wp-includes folder. I also removed the tinymce plugin and deactivated and removed any other non-essential plugin. It is still not working. What should I try next?

Please try contacting your provider, the issue is related to theme but to a WordPress file.

    Regards,
    Josue
