Hi,
On most of my pages the Avia Layout Builder is not working properly, it keeps loading or when I click to edit a element an error occurs. Tried deactivating all plugins and create new pages for the troubled pages, to no avail.
May 21, 2016 at 2:05 pm #636199Hey koen_dieren,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,

May 24, 2016 at 4:51 am #637237Hi,
Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Please follow the instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/
@koen_dieren: If this occurs on a specific page only, please set the advance layout builder to debug mode. This will render the actual shortcodes of the page below the advance layout builder and then you’ll be able to remove custom scripts added to the page: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/Best regards,
IsmaelMay 24, 2016 at 5:11 am #637246Hi Ismael,
I’ve followed all instructions from here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/ and the builder is still not working
Set the advanced layout builder to debug, but this also not enables me to use the layout builder.
Best

Same version. Also tried all mentiond above.May 26, 2016 at 5:24 pm #638836Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyJune 8, 2016 at 2:16 pm #644832Hello @Andy
We posted the credentials on a comment above but here they are again for another install. I’ve deactivated the the plugins one by one but the issue is still there.
Feel free to change anything on the site, it’s brand new and nobody is looking at it at the moment. myholidayapp.net.
You can see that the Welcome page is NOT working and the Documentation page is fully functional. We installed the template yesterday and it was fully functional until this morning. Thanks for your help!

Console error: http://prntscr.com/bduz60June 10, 2016 at 4:54 am #645981Hi,
It’s because of this script:
/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection" data-cfemail="91f4fcf0f8fdacb6e6f4f3fcf0e2e5f4e3d1f8fcfefabfe3fe">[email protected]
We set the builder to debug mode then removed it. Please create a new thread for more info.

AndyJuly 7, 2016 at 9:44 pm #658227I have checked this, is just that some pages are not working, can you enter again to wp-admin to have a look? The pages: “Contacto, Quienes Somos, Servicios, Sitios” are not working and I can not make changes. If you could help me in spanish it would be nice.
Thanks
July 8, 2016 at 4:56 am #658281Hi!
We get this error in the console when we access those pages:
http://www.abak.mx/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Did you add any custom scripts to those pages? Set the builder to debug mode:
Please get a fresh copy of WordPress then override your installation again via FTP.
Cheers!
