    Hey Claudia_Stegfellner!

Not sure why only the homepage did not load but the rest of the pages work fine.. please re-create the homepage. An easy way is to copy paste the advance layout builder short code. To do that please enable the debug mode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

    Best regards,

    Hi Vinnie,

thanks for your help. Yes, ONLY the home (maybe because it`s a “one pager” site?)
I have followed your instructions. Now i can see my page at the preview with all my content.
But unfortunately I can not continue working in the layout Builder. The new field under the Advanced Layout Builder is empty.
    see the screenshot:

How can I access my content back? Could you quickly locate and correct it for me, please?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi!

Did you add any custom scripts in the home page? If yes, please add custom scripts with caution because it might break the advance layout builder. And make sure that the wp memory limit is sufficient enough. Ask your hosting provider to increase the memory limit to at least 128M, current limit is only 64M. https://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

I checked the home page and it’s totally broken. I’m afraid that you will have to re-create this page from scratch. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

NOTE: Save the current page layout as template (icon in the top right corner) so that you can retrieve the layout back in case something like this happen again.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hey!

UPDATE: Increasing the memory limit might fix the issue. Please increase the memory limit first before doing anything.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
