    My Avia Layout Builder which I´m using for editing my sites has not worked. The box where the content normally is showed is just loading, ant the column choices and choice of elements (layout/content/media) is not clickable. Have tried to uninstall all plugins, but nothing helps.. Thankful for quick help!

    Hey pattama,
    Please ensure your WordPress is v5.1.1 and Enfold is v4.5.6 and that your PHP is at least v5.6
    If this doesn’t help, we will need an admin login so we can be of more assistance.
    Please login into your support account and submit a new thread with your admin login in the private content area.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that you don’t have Enfold as your active theme, are we allowed to activate it in order to reproduce the problem you are having?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I activated Enfold but the builder is not loading, I’m guessing there is a conflict from one of the 62 plugins you are running. What happens if you activate the theme then deactivate all your plugins?
