Hi, avia layout builder is not working. It keeps on loading. See this screenshot — http://screencast.com/t/2sM33rlBSz
I already upgraded wordpress and enfold theme to latest version and I already deactivated all plugins but the issue is still there.
Can you help?

You have many plugins installed. Can you try accessing via FTP and changing the name of plugins folder inside wp-content folder?

Does it count “installed” even though the plugin is “deactivated”?

Please update your theme files before anything else. That way we can rule out any old bugs/issues.

@dkg_husse: Do you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? When you edit a page then switch to advance layout builder, is it loading endlessly or is it completely blank? If it is the latter, please click Screen Options then enable the Avia Builder option.Regards,
IsmaelI got the same problem, layoubuilder stops loading and very slow admin.
Everything was fine earlier.

No you can simply go to Dashboard > Updates > Re-install WordPress. It will not remove your content, plugin or themes

Thank you for the update.
Please go to wp-content/plugins folder then remove or rename the plugin folders. Test the advance layout builder again. If possible, please post the ftp login credentials here. We would like to check the wordpress files. There is an error in the console which says that the http://www.dresdner-konzept.de/web/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php file fails to load. Please make sure that the file permission for all wordpress folder are set to 755 and all files within wp-includes and wp-admin should be readable.
