    Since the newest wordpress update and the latest enfold release our avia layout builder doesn’t work anymore. There’s only a grey circle. We tried every possible solutions regarding the avia layout builder which were posted on this forum. But none of them worked so far.
    It seems that we are not the only one who is facing the same problem.

    Hi ICT-Cloud,

    Did you try all the suggestions listed here? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/. Creating a new admin user might help as well.

    Hi Rikard,

    we tried everything. Even the suggestions made on similar tickets regarding the layout builder.
    And that’s why we made a new admin account which you can find in the private data section.
    Even the new admin account the problem doesn’t get fixed. Only the grey circle appears every time.

    It would be great if you can look into this problem.

    Hi,

    The advance layout builder is not working because the site is using an old version of the theme, 3.5.4. Please upgrade to version 3.8.

    Our main theme is already uodated to version 3.8. On a few sub sites (we have a multisite enviroment) there is the latest child theme installed.

    This is the current debugging info:

    Please purge the plugin cache, remove browser cache and hard refresh the page.
