After having my Avia Layout Builder work perfectly for a few months, it is now not working. On the backend, it just shows that it’s loading (circle) but it never does. I have tried disabling all plugins but it still doesn’t work.

I am running the latest Enfold theme and wordpress. Are there any fixes for this issue?

    Hey!

Glad to hear from you. The Advance layout Builder works fine after deactivating all the plugins it looks like one of the plugins you recently installed might be causing this issue. Please disable all plugins and activate them one by one to find the culprit.

    Regards,
    Vinay

I am also having trouble since I don’t know what the situation is.
    Please think about that countermeasure.

    Hi @tanbo,

I get a 403 forbidden error on the login page, you do have any IP restrictions active?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Which version of Safari are you using?

My Safari is now in version 9.0.2.
    OS X El Capitan 10.11.2
    WordPress 4.4.1
    Enfold 3.4.7

Do you have any clue to the mystery?

    Hi!

I will ask my teammates to check your website on older versions of Safari. Please kindly wait to hear from them.

In the meantime, can you please check it on Safari using login credentials you have created for us?

    Safari now has ALB.
    Thank you.
I switched “Disable Local File Restrictions”.
    What was the cause? Caches?
    I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi!

    No worries at all!
It must be caching issue as it worked fine for us the whole time :)

We will keep the thread open for the OP. If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to start a new thread.

    Hi!

I just checked with the latest Safari version and the site seems to be loading fine.
Would suggest to clear any cache and try update to latest version of your browser, as it is always appreciated to be.

    Regards,
    Basilis
