Hi,
On many of my pages, the ALB is not loading, instead just displaying the circular loading symbol. On the front-end, everything looks perfectly fine – I’m just not able to edit the content on those pages from within WP-Admin. For example – this page titled “Landing Page – A/R Finance” is not loading the editor, whereas my homepage is working fine in the editor. I’ve recently updated all plugins, updated the Enfold theme, and updated the WP version – none of those things fixed the problem
I’ve added my login site link and wp-admin credentials in the private content. Please let me know if there’s an issue I’m missing, or some code on these pages that’s preventing the ALB from loading properly. I’m thinking it may have something to do with the form code on these landing pages, but I’m not sure.
Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the urgency. Thanks again for your any support!March 7, 2019 at 4:29 pm #1076038Hi – can a moderator please weigh in on this issue? I’m still having the same issue and have not been able to resolve it yet.
Thanks!

Your php memory limit is really low – can you please ask to be increased on 712M?
Thank you

BasilisMarch 8, 2019 at 12:04 am #1076152Thanks for your reply. Just asked my hosting provider to make the change. I just recently had them increase to 512, but maybe that wasn’t high enough. Will keep you posted once that change is made.
March 8, 2019 at 12:14 am #1076158This is the error I’m seeing now (403) when I inspect the page via the wp admin:
load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,utils,moxiejs,plupload&ver=5.1:4 POST https://altline.sobanco.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403
From what I can tell from my research, a memory limit error would cause a 500 errer, not 403 – is that correct? Still waiting on my hosting provider to change to increase the memory limit to 712MB.
March 11, 2019 at 9:51 pm #1077504Hi hex80,
The 403error is not about the memory limit. Please consider this article

VictoriaMarch 12, 2019 at 5:11 pm #1077862Hi – Thanks for the input. However, that didn’t solve the problem. I’m NOT having this issue in Internet Explorer – just in Chrome. Is there something specific to Chrome that could be causing this issue loading the ALB?
March 14, 2019 at 7:27 pm #1078813Hi,
Are you sure it is not cached and this is why you are having the problem?
Best regards,
