I have WP 4.9.5 and Enfold version 4.2.6
I recently installed an ssl cert now the Avia Layout Build will not load it just shows the spinning preloading circle animation.
April 24, 2018 at 12:46 am #945609Hey patricktech,
Have you attempted disabling all other active plugins and testing again to see if the issue resolves? Also be sure you are currently operating under the latest php version.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 24, 2018 at 1:05 am #945620I changed to the latest version of PHP 7.0 and disabled all plugin and now it is loading the homepage into the content area. I am getting more errors here is a screenshot in private area. This is why I hate updating this theme this happens a lot it seems. But does seem to be related to SSL specifically.
April 24, 2018 at 1:52 am #945626I ran PHP checker and fixed that weird homepage in content error. I am still getting the spinning circle on the Avia Layout Builder.
April 24, 2018 at 7:10 pm #946083I was curious if anyone else was going to respond or am I screwed?
April 24, 2018 at 8:46 pm #946198Hi Patrick,
It seems like you have changed admin logins. Could you please send them again so we can look into it?
Best regards,

April 24, 2018 at 8:54 pm #946210Hi,
Could you please try updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.
If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP logins privately as well.Best regards,

April 24, 2018 at 9:49 pm #946240Hi!
I disabled ModSecurity in cPanel and that helped. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist “admin-ajax.php” file from mod_sec rule?
Regards,
YigitApril 24, 2018 at 10:16 pm #946257Thank you very much I am opening a live chat with them now.
April 24, 2018 at 10:31 pm #946262I just tested and it is working. Thank you very much. There is no way I could have fixed that myself.
Can you please answer me one more question?
I have many clients using your theme and they are on that host.
Will I need to do this for upgrades on each account?
Also for your internal support notes you may want to note this issue with this host so you can provide better support to this issue in the future.
I did try searching your forum before I posted and I did wait patiently around a day. Sorry I blew up.
April 24, 2018 at 10:46 pm #946264Hi,
No, you will only need to whitelist “admin-ajax.php” file once and that should be all.
No worries. We usually reply within a day (on average around first 12 hours) but some days are busier and it may take longer on such days. If you happen to have any other urgent issues in future, you can add “Urgent” to thread title so we can try and solve it as soon as we can.
Regards,
Yigit -
