    Hello,

    After updating to enfold 3.3.2 in the Enfold Child Theme Options dialog using my theme forest user and API, my Avia Layout Builder does not load.

    We are updated to WordPress 4.2.2

    We cleared cashe, checked (Disable the visual editor when writing), restarted computer.

    Please help.

    I added log in info in private section per the moderators request in other posts I read, asking users to open separate tickets to look at the sites individually.

    After restarting my computer and clearing cache again, I was able to remedy the issue.

    Thank you. I hope I didn’t waist anyone’s time.

    Hi tswilson!

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If the above two steps do not help then send us a link to your site so we can login and take a look.

    EDIT: Looks like we posted at the same time. Glad you got it sorted.
