    Hi,

    I am having troubles with loading the Avia Layout Builder.

    The icon simply keeps spinning, but doesn’t load the editor.

    The problem started 3 days ago, when I was still on version 4.0.1
    Now I’ve updated to 4.0.5, but the problem is still there.

    And now you’re in there, could you please take a look at, why my WooCommerce is not sending emails to customers?

    Hey lauritschristensen,

    There are a lot of error is console. Could you make a backup and update your theme again, could be that some files did not get updated or overwritten, and get back to us?

    Yes, I have downloaded 4.0.5 and dragged the entire “enfold” folder to the themes folder to replace the old one.

    Problem is still there – Avia Layout builder is not loading.

    Hi,

    The server is returning a 404 error on the admin-ajax.php file which is a core WordPress file, I’m not sure why it’s doing that though so you might want to get in touch with your hosting provider to see if they can see what is going wrong on their end.

    You could try to add this to your .htaccess file located in the root of your WordPress installation to see if it helps though:

  SecFilterEngine Off
  SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

    This didn’t solve the problem.

    The thing is, all the other product pages works just fine with Avia, but this particular product doesn’t load.

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for the feedback. Did you add any type of code to the page? You could try to activate debug mode in order to see the builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, and then copy the shortcode to a new page to see if that works?
