Hope you can help me, I’m having the Avia Layout Builder problem where it never loads up, I’ve spent the day going through threads and trying all suggestions including.
Latest Version of them
Clearing Browser Cache and Restarting
Different Browsers (Chrome and Safari)
Disable All plugins then enabling 1×1
Overwriting all theme files with a fresh copy from my theme forest account. In addition to this i’ve tried the solution at
where you need to comment out a line.
But I can’t get anything to work for me :(
Please could someone take a look at it and resolve.

thank you
July 29, 2016 at 3:25 am #666469Hi,
We are very sorry for the delay. Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
We tried to access the site but we got this error or notification:
Request blocked. IP Blacklisted.
Please remove all security blocks temporarily so that we can access the site.

August 1, 2016 at 11:20 am #667187Hi,
Thanks for the login details, I checked a few of your pages and the builder is working on all of them. Could you try a different machine since it seems to be a caching issue? If that is not the case then please link directly to the page(s) you having problems with.

RikardAugust 2, 2016 at 7:21 am #667548Thanks for looking into it further Rikard. Unfortunately I don’t have another machine to try it on.
I think it’s a problem with this particular installation, as I maintain other sites using Enfold, on the same machine and don’t have these problems.
Are you able to assist further, or am I going to have to move away from Enfold on my sites if it’s not reliable?
thanks
August 4, 2016 at 8:26 am #668427Hi,
Ok, well since it’s working on my end it must be a caching issue, unless it’s on a few isolated pages? If that is the case then please link directly to those pages so that we can have a look at them.
Thanks,

August 5, 2016 at 4:42 am #668807Hi Jamie,
The builder is displaying fine on my end on both of those pages, please see screenshot in private. Could you try clearing your browser cache or try using a different browser please?

RikardAugust 12, 2016 at 2:51 am #671612I raised a dispute with Theme Forest and received the following from Kriesi.
Hey! I am afraid I cant approve this refund until we are also able to reproduce the issue you are describing (and then can’t fix it).
I checked the thread and 2 of my staff members also successfully logged in and tested the page builder and it worked fine on their end.
Would you mind letting us know more details in the forum about which browser you are using, if it happens with a different browser as well and if you get any javascript errors (this would be crucial since it would probably tell us were the problem is coming from)
Please also note that the page builder not loading is usually only the symptom of another error. This is why you probably can’t find a clear answer in the forum to that question. People report the builder not displaying but there are usually various things that can cause this, and to this day we are not aware of any caused by the theme itself. Its usually caused by wordpress plugins, special server settings, browser plugins etc
Thats why we need to investigate first and then can try to fix it :)
Best regardsKriesi
I am not getting any Java Script errors, and the problem is happening on Chrome and Safari (both the latest versions). I’ve added a screen shot how it looks on my screen and you’ll notice that the 3/5 icon isn’t loading as well as the page builder. I maintain other websites using the Enfold theme on this computer, all with no problems. Hope that helps you troubleshoot some more
August 13, 2016 at 7:13 am #672212Hi,
Please check the screenshot in private to see what I see on my end using Chrome. Please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardAugust 19, 2016 at 4:44 am #674456Thanks for the response, updating the files via FTP was something that I tried originally but I’ve just done it again and updated WP.
That seems to have solved the problem of the page never loading, but it has not caused another problem as you can see from the attached screenshot. All of the short codes are now appearing in the text section, which in turn is effecting my SEO snippets.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
August 22, 2016 at 7:45 am #675550Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, you are getting a bunch of 501 server errors on the backend when the edit page is active:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 501 (Not Implemented)
I have never seen this server error before and I think it’s something you would have to bring up with your hosting provider: http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E501.html
