I’ve run into this issue before and fixed it – but somehow today none of my previous fixes work:
*manually installed latest version of Enfold
*deactivated plugins
*cleared cacheAdditionally, i updated wordpress to v 4.5 from 4.4.2, but had to restore the previous backup as there were issues with images showing up even though I could see them when I went to edit the page. Now I can see the page, but cannot see anything in Avia Layout Builder when i go to edit the page.
Please help! I need to make updates as soon as possible.

You have two Enfold’s installed on your site. One is 3.5.2 and other one is 3.1.5. Please remove 3.1.5 one

YigitI upgraded to WP 4.5 and also to Enfold 3.5.2. My site appears correct (sliders, portfolio items, etc. now working), but the Avia Layout Builder does not display. I cannot edit any previous pages. I can edit posts and portfolio items, but not regular pages. No elements or content blocks display.
I tried adding this line:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’);
to wp-config.php, and this does not help, but I have not yet contacted the host to upgrade WordPress memory.
Is thre something else which could be going on?

We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results here soon.Yes it’s always good to have more memory. You can contact your hosting company and increase the memory limit.
The login credentials you’ve provided do not work please send us working login credentials with user role as ‘administrator’ and permission to disable all plugins and add custom code if necessary to resolve the issue.

VinaySee below… please let me know if this still doesn’t work. This is set for admin, and as far as I know all priviledges. If not, I need to check with someone else.
Our site is having the same issue, if we click on the Advanced Layout Editor the content is blank, when you click back to Default all the content is gone. All the pages that were done with the Avia Layout Builder, when you go to that page, there is no content.

Actually I have 3.5.2 running. One is a child theme that I didn’t update the comment text on to read 3.5.2 which is running off the parent of the same version. I’m still having the same issue. Thank you in advance for a quick response. I need to post their edits asap.
KathySame problem with one of my sites.
It made my homepage mostly blank. I could add content in the homepage editor but it won’t let me edit that content – the editor is blank.
All other pages are viewable as they should be but aren’t editable either.

You builder and elements are displaying fine on my end so I think your problem is cache related, could you try a different browser and/or machine please?
Everyone else in this thread: please open new threads and post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. Helping several people in the same thread gets very confusing and difficult for moderators.

NinaClearing the cache solved the problem for me after trying everything else from troubleshooting plugins to reinstalling, updating, etc. Start there if you have this issue.
