    I can’t seem to edit pages as the Avia layout builder is inactive

    I am having the same problem — HELP. I’m http://www.martinecafe.com.

    I logged in to do some maintenance. The Aviva layout builder displayed the “layout element”, “content..” and “media..” tabs, but the section under it where all my elements usually are is replaced by a spinning loading symbol. I tried restoring my page to a previous version. AND NOW MY PAGE IS COMPLETELY GONE. Please help!

    Hi!


    @kolobe     You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please try updating it to the latest version 3.3.2 preferably via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/


    @mbroooshkey     You are using a older version of the theme as well. Please refer to link i posted above and update your theme and then flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    Hi Yigit,

    I logged in and my theme is now updated to 3.3.2.

    I still have the same problem as before. The edit function just isn’t loading and my site is missing its content.

    @mbroooshkey     Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately? Thread author would be able to see your private content. If you would like to avoid that, please start a new thread
