    Hi,
    I’m experiencing a strange situation wherein I can’t get anything to work in Pages. The Avia Layout builder is not loading, either with existing pages or when I attempt to create new pages.

    So, when attempting to create new pages, I click on Advanced Layout Editor and nothing happens – it does not appear and there is not even a loading symbol. When I go to existing pages, the little loading symbol appears in the main content area but nothing ever loads, and the Layout, Content, and Media buttons are non-reactive.

    Basically – nothing is reacting or loading…any ideas why?

    I have closed down and restarted my computer, logged in and out several times, logged in on a separate computer – none of these have worked.

    This has been happening for 24 hours.

    Can you help?

    Login credentials are not working. Can you please check them once again?
    In the meantime, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme 3.1.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    And WordPress 4.1.1

    Sorry, try Username with initial letter in CAPS….

    Hey!

    Yes, this user is working but user role is not set to administrator :)
    As long as your API key is correct, you should receive updates from WordPress backend, if not, yes, updating via FTP is the second best options. As you said, you are currently using an older version of the theme, please update it to the latest version 3.1.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hey!

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP? Some files seem to be broken right now. Updating via FTP should fix them

    Hi!
    I’m experiencing the same problem. Everything installed correctly – and it’s not the first time I’m using Enfold – but the Avia Layout builder is not working. Only the wheel in progress is showing up, but nothing is happening. Do you already have a solution for the problem?

    Hey!

    @Catty: The error is cause by the plugin Ultimate Under Construction page. Please contact the plugin author or use the default theme feature to create a coming soon page.

    @Lippel: Please create a new thread. Add the website url and the login credentials there. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 3.1.3 on WordPress 4.1.1
