I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.9.2.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Your database seems to be there. If you need to backup your theme settings, then you can export them under Enfold->Import/Export. Also make sure to backup your child theme, if you are using one.

Is that the file which you downloaded from your Themeforest account? If so, then yes. If Enfold is already installed on your site, then you will have to use the plugin I referred to earlier, or upload it manually via FTP.

Before I proceed, can I ask what is meant by child theme here?
I am the original creator of this site. I don’t remember anything about a child theme.
I only know that LayerSlider was included in my purchase of Enfold, and I have LayerSlider implemented on the site.
How can I check to see if there’s a necessary child theme or not?
Another question.
Should I delete this folder and then drag the one over from my local machine?
Or should I just drag the one over from my local machine and let it overwrite whatever’s in the existing folder?

Hi Camineet,
The child theme mentioned is optional, if you have some customizations that you’d like to do to your site/theme which might require changing some code in the files then a child theme is recommended.
But you can skip it for now so it does not make things complicated, you can just add it later in your website development stage when you think you’ll need it.
As for the enfold folder in the screenshot, please don’t remove it, it is required for the theme to function correctly.You can read further about Child Themes and Parent Themes in WordPress Codex so you’ll have better understanding of what it is, what it does and if you’ll need one: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

Thanks for your reply. I actually already have Enfold installed on my site and have been maintaining it since around 2014.
The issue is that Avia Layout Builder no longer appears on my front page. Rikard said I need to update my theme as a first step.
So, I really need to know if I should first delete the enfold folder on my site seen here and then copy over the current version of the theme from my local machine.
Or should I just overwrite the folder on my site with the current version on my local machine?

I see, since you might be using over a year old Enfold version, please don’t overwrite and just delete the enfold folder entirely and then put the new one.
