Hallo, ich habe WP Version 4.8 Enfold Version 4.0.7. Seit kurzem lädt Avia Layout Builder nicht mehr, und zwar nur auf der Homepage. Die verschiedenen Tipps aus ähnlichen Beiträgen (Deaktivieren aller Plugins, Memory Allocation anpassen, Browser Cache löschen etc.) haben bei mir nicht zum Erfolg geführt. Die Memory Allocation beim Hoster liegt bei 128M. Was kann ich noch tun, damit das Teil lädt und ich die Startseite wieder bearbeiten kann? Vielen Dank.

I have WP Version 4.8 and Enfold Version 4.0.7 installed. Since a few days, Avia Layout Builder does not appear anymore, but only the homepage (landing page) is affected. I have already tried all the different tipps of similar posts in this Forum (such as deactivating all plug-ins, amend memory allocation, clear browser cache etc.), unfortunately without success. Memory allocation at the hoster is currently set to 128M. What else can I do to make the Avia Layout Builder loading on the start page, in order to be able to manage its content again? Thanks a lot.

The issue is most probably to memory.
Can you try check it to be 256M please?Thank you

BasilisHi, max. memory allocation I can do is 160M. Didn’t help neither. I wonder, why all of a sudden this is a memory issue. Before the problem the memory allocation was at 64M and it worked fine… If you’d like to access my installation, let me know, I will then send the credentials.

We’re not sure that it’s a memory issue, but we do recommend all of our customers to have at least 256mb. Did you add any plugins before it started to not work?

RikardI have only added a sentence and a download-link to a PDF file on the start page, after that the problem occurred. Then I have updated WP and Enfold to the current versions, no success. I did not install any new plug-ins before the error occurred.

Update: I saw that the home page was what was causing you problems. You are getting an error message on admin-ajax.php on that page, please see private. I’ve never seen that error message before though, could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can change the permissions for it please?

RikardHi Rikard, yes, only the start page is affected, on all other pages the builder loads fine. I have now asked the hosting provider to investigate on the error message you sent me. As soon as he replied, I’ll get back to you again.
Hi all, it seems the problem is solved. I looked at the application firewall and found a hint regarding the PDF-file I uploaded before the problem occurred (see private). I have now restored the revision before the problem, now it works again. Thanks a lot, the thread can be closed.
