    Hi,

    I can see al the content in the backend, but the layout builder keeps loading and I can’t edit the content.
    I’ve updated wordpress to the latest version and did the same with the theme, I switched to the classic builder, tried to disable all the plugins, but nothing seems to work.
    Can you help me?

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have checked on your site and it seems to be working properly on my end. Screenshot in private content.
    Can you try to clear your browser cache? or try to use Chrome in incognito mode?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the very fast response!
    However, it is still not working here (In Chrome I’ve cleared my browser cache and opened it in incognito mode and did the same in Safari, without succes)

    Exact same problem here, page works but the builder is in a spinning loop. I tried different browsers, troubleshooting mode and activated debug mode, but it’s still spinning…

    @beodesign     I tried to check again however it’s all good on my end. Can you go to the backend of the page and then right click and select Inspect Element, you should see a Console tab, can you check if there are errors?
    If the console shows a 403 Forbidden Error, then try to disable mod_security, here’s a video showing how to disable it in cpanel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwjAr0TcliE

    Can you give us a screenshot?
    Also please try to disable mod_security, here’s a video showing how to disable it in cpanel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwjAr0TcliE and check.
    If there’s no improvement then just enable mod_security.

    I can only disable ModSec for 12h, any ideas for another workaround? :-)

    Downloaded Enfold again from ThemeForest, uploaded via FTP and now it works – it’s almost annoying :) …could it be that there is a difference between the “All files & documantation” and “Installable WordPress file only”?

    Hi samkrieg,

    Yes, there’s a difference, Installable WordPress file only should only include files for the site, while All files & documentation includes other things like the documentation and the folder structure is a bit different (the enfold theme is a subfolder).
    Anyway, we’re glad that it’s working properly now :)
