Hey everyone,
Trying to update the home page of a client’s website, and strangly, avia builder loads the website instead of the editor. Some of the styling also seems to bleed inot the backend. It looks like this. This isnt happening when i try to edit the other pages. I’ve updated both WordPress and enfold to the latest versions (4.1.1 and 3.08 respectivley) , with no avail.
Totally stumped as to how to fix this bug.
Any ideas?
March 2, 2015 at 9:24 pm #404782Hi Haafingar!
Sorry for the problems.
Your link is giving me a 404. I tried “nourish” as well but that is not loading either.
Go ahead and send us a WordPress and FTP login and we’ll take a look.

Hmm, I’m still getting a server not found error. Try contacting your hosting provider to see if everything is ok.

JosueMarch 15, 2015 at 3:25 am #411638Hey guys,
Still no further into understanding this problem. It now is also occuring when we attempt to edit the “Nourish Menu” page.My client’s website is feeding her customers false information because we cant edit these pages. I love enfold, but I’m risking losing this client because I’m not able to fix this problem. Even a work-around would be acceptable at this time.
I also noticed this issue is happening on another site that I own. Both sites were updated from a pre 4.0 wordpress and enfold installs to the current versions before the issue occured. COuld that have something to do with it?
Cheers,
SimonMarch 17, 2015 at 6:02 am #412778Hey!
Please try to switch the builder to debug mode. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Copy the whole shortcode then place it inside a new page. You can unpublished the old then temporarily replace it with the newly create page. Let us know if the issue persists. If possible, please update the theme to version 3.1.
Cheers!
