    – updated the theme
    – disabled the plugins

    but it still freezes

    Have you tried to increase your PHP Memory limit? Would you be able to provide a link to the admin so we can look into this further?

    Hi,

    Please try to increase php version (should be 7) and memory limit. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

    You may need to check with your web host to see what php version you have.

    Hi Jordan,

    Have set to PHP 7 and increased memory to 512Mb Still the same issue. The only work around we have is clicking standard editor and then switching back to layout editor.

    Could it be due to the use of a child theme?

    As a temp work around

    Switching to default Editor and then back to Advanced editor Unhangs the Avia layout builder.

    Would like this resolved as its too confusing for clients.

    let us know if its a server config thing and we can start migrating to another host maybe inmotion ??

    or we can get the server looked at

    Is the site hosted on GoDaddy? Please ask your host if the server is blocking the admin-ajax.php file.
