I recently went live with my website and when I went to make an edit in a page, the Avia layout builder was there, but empty–even though the page is viewing.

    Help. Thanks!

Hi again. I found that the problem exists the most in Chrome browser. Version 44.0.2403.125 m. When I open up the page in IE, I can see the ALB, but some of the items are not editable.

However, when I open up other Enfold themes (on other of my sites) all works fine on any browser.

    Hi!

Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    Hi Yigit,

Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I’ve also tried toggling the permalink settings and that didn’t work either.

    Hi!

I’m able to view the layout builder for multiple pages:

Have you tried logging in using a different computer//device?

    Cheers!

Well, as I had mentioned earlier, if I use IE browser, I’m able to see and work with ALB. Except, if I clone a content item (such as icon box), then when I go to change the title in icon box, that ability just freezes up.

Since this appears to not be a known issue on your end, I think I’ll just reload the last know working backup and go from there.

Although Yigit’s quick hard refresh for chrome didn’t work for me, when I did deleted the cache through Chrome’s Developer’s Tools method, it fixed my problem.

Thanks for your assistance on this. (This is now resolved.)
