    Dear Team

    Unfortunately, there is a problem with my Layout Builder. It seems not to display correctly as you can see here on the screenshot:

    As the problem is difficult to explain, I took a screenshot. Any Idea of how to fix it? I tried in multiple browsers, so its not a browser-based error.

    Hey,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please post temporary admin logins here privately so we can look into it? That issue is usually related to plugin conflict however you seem to have only 1 active plugin. If it is not related to the plugin you are using, we would need FTP logins as well :)

    Hi,

    FTP logins did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?
    I think this might be related to .htaccess file but to make sure, we are going to need to check it first :)

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it is still not working for me. I tried copy pasting and inserting credentials manually.

    Maybe you could contact your hosting provider and ask them to create FTP logins? :)
