Hello,
I added a new role to my website with the following capabilities: read, upload_files, edit_published_pages and edit_pages.
After that I created a page, and the problem is when I’m going to use Avia Layout Builder elements. I could add columns (1/2 + 1/2) but when I add a text block inside one of then, it displays the message:
“An error occurred”
It seems that you are no longer connected. Reload the page and try again.
Then, when I clic close the message and I click on upload, all the content dissapear, it’s not visible but by contrast, when I see the page in navigator there is the default text block visible.
Please I need help because it’s not working well and I don’t know how to solve the issue. I’d be grateful for a prompt answer.
Thank you so much.June 20, 2018 at 12:55 pm #975258Hey Tonicobertera,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

I am getting the same result as Victoria. It seems to be some sort of IP restriction. Could you please disable it?
Cheers!

I checked and I could reproduce the problem. Are you using a plugin to assign capabilities?

I checked our code again and read, upload_files, edit_published_pages, edit_pages, edit_published_posts, edit_posts, edit_files should cover all necessary capabilities.
Did you try to create another user with admin rights and to remove the capabilities one by one with the “User Role Editor” plugin? By going this way you should be able to locate the required capabilities.
Best regards,
