Hello! I’m having a problem with the Avia Layout Builder. When I go to edit a page, I’m able to use the Avia Layout Builder as normal. When I update the page, and the go to add/modify elements using the builder, everything disappears within the builder window. Even though nothing is showing in the builder window, there are still elements being displayed on my published webpage.
In other words, I can use the page builder to build a page from scratch, and these elements are displayed on the published webpage. The problem is when I go to edit these elements using the builder, and everything that had once been in the builder window disappears.
Please help!

Hello! After our numerous emails, the problem still remains. I’m wondering if you can try something for me?
Can you log into my site, and make a slight change to any one of my pages (using Avia Layout Builder), update that page, and then see if the page builder elements disappear after that? Im just wondering if the problem only arises when you make an edit with the layout builder and then go back to visit that page afterwards…

Can you please deactivate all of your plugins, and let us know if that solves the issue for you?

I’ve deactivated all plugins, purged all cache, and restarted my browser and the problem still remains…

@rshaules, does the issue occurs with all Pages or it is specific to certain ones? can you post a screenshot of what you see?

Thanks so much for your assistance. The Avia Layout Builder has only been used on Pages (as opposed to posts), and isn’t working on any of my pages. Below is a screen shot of what I see when trying to edit the page with the layout builder:

I’m definitely not seeing the same as yours (http://a.pomf.se/qqzgze.png), this could be related to cache, can you please go to File > New Private Window and check if it happens there too? (or better, check on another browser / computer).

Thanks so much for the response. I’ve tried clearing cache a few times, and also using a new private window to check. Still having the same issue. If you’re able to see the builder mode (with elements in the builder mode) like the screen shot you’ve sent me, the issue must still be on my side?
