    I cannot save most page content in Avia Layout Builder mode. When I click on an accordion or text field, for example, type in some text and go to click the Save button, nothing happens. The only way to leave the screen is to hit Refresh in my browser. Seems like the Avia Layout Builder is broken. When I switch to Default Editor, I can add text and hit Update just fine.

    Hey ashforthmarketing,

    Please make sure that you are using the most updated version of PHP, and also look into increasing your WP memory limit.

    What version of PHP do you recommend for Enfold? I updated to 7.0 but the problem is still happening.

    Hi,

    Current stable release is 7.1.3. You want to get as close to that as possible.

    It was already at 256 MB so my web host opted not to change it. PHP 7.0 up and running. Still can’t change page content in the Avia Layout Builder.

    Hi,

    I was able to fix this by doing the following:

    Going to Users > Your Profile, and uncheck the box “disable the visual editor when writing”

    Please test to confirm that it is working now.
