    AVB is blank on pages (works on posts).
    I’ve read about ten threads on this same problem (you guys obviously get this problem a lot) and have found nothing to fix it.

    I’ve deactivated all plugins twice and it made no difference.
    I’ve dumped the cache.
    I’ve shut the browser down and opened it again.
    I’ve opened it in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
    I’ve downloaded the newest version of Enfold from Themeforest (4.4) and manually uploaded it via ftp.
    I’ve increased the WordPress memory limit to 64 MB in the wp-config.php file.
    Nothing’s worked.

    Help appreciated.

    Hey Translibrium,

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the credentials, I checked a few pages randomly and every single one of them opens fine on my end. Screenshot attached.

    You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

    Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:

    1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
    2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
    3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

    If you still have an issue please let us know exactly which page and what device and browser you are trying on so we can help you better.
