    I have an existing website which is great, using Enfold. However, when I try to edit the homepage, I can’t add any more elements to the page. Have tried in a 3 browsers with the same issue. When I drag an element onto the homepage area, it just floats but can’t be placed in a specific area nor edited.

    Hi kiddychang!

    First off go ahead and update WordPress and let us know when your done. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing. It looks like your using quite a few.

    Hi Elliott,

    sorry for the delay. Have deactivated all the plugins except the security and mailing list as I need to keep those on. Am now getting an error when I try to edit menus. The avia layout builder seems better though.

    Any ideas?

    Hey!

    What does the error say? Go ahead and turn on WordPress debugging and check your server error logs for more information.

    I tried logging in but it says the user has been locked out of the system.

    Hi Elliott,

    I can’t get the error message now so it was either a plugin conflict or the browser on the PC I was using yesterday. If it happens again, I’ll come back to you. Thanks.
