Avia Layout Architekt not loading after update to newest Endold and WP - Support

Hi, after todays update, the Avia Layout Architect is not loading content.

Please also try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

You are right. It’s (as usual the WPML plugin).
I hate it when this happens.
Their support as not half as good as yours.
Any ideas what to do in this case other than contacting them?
We need different languages.

Please also flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

In the German site its loading, but for the other languages the avia layout is not.

Hi Yigit, I assume you have a lot on your plate and I also saw in the forum that more people have the same problem.
Is there a way for a quick solution?
I would need to send out a mailing to our customers today, but before that I would need to make some changes on the website.
It’s urgent.
Help is very much appreciated.

Hi!

Sorry for the late reply!
Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? Some files seem to be corrupted

Hi Andy, the problem still exists with WPML and Enfold. WPML support is aksing for a contact number from the theme developer to get in contact.
Any infos for me?
