    Hallo Zusammen,

    vorab kurze Info, ich bin das was man einen klassischen User nennt ;-)

    Derzeit versuche ich mit dem Avia Layout Architekt das Design meiner Seite anzupassen. Dies funktioniert auch immer ganz gut bis an den gewissen Punkt an dem das aktuelle Layout automatisch gespeichert wird bzw ich die Seite manuell aktualisiere.

    Nach Rückkehr zum Layout Builder sehe ich dann nur noch eine Ladeblume die den Builder nicht mehr lädt und sich ewig dreht.

    Mein Admin versicherte mir das wir alle neuen Versionen und Updates haben. Nach kurzer Recherche ist uns aufgefallen das es ein Problem mit manchen Plugins gibt. Nachdem diese alle deaktiviert waren für die Phase des Designs ging es kurzfristig wieder bis zur ersten automatischen Speicherung. Danach wieder selbiges Szenario wie oben beschrieben.

    Es kostet mich derzeit enorm viel Nerven und Zeit.

    Wie können wir das Problem beheben?

    Hey!

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.4.7 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    Hi,

    as I have written above , we are standing with all versions up to date !

    Please do not be angry , but all the information I have received from you have been already clarified in advance .
    I wish that my problem would be taken a little more seriously . After all, I bought a top product and expect better support .
    The probelematik there for several days and now cost not only time but also money .
    Apparently I’m not alone with this problem . Can someone please once again take care of the issue.

    I hope that the first response only so superficial was because I wrote in German.

    Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?

    P.S.: Sorry, i do not speak German. I just wanted to make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme since “ALB not loading” issue is mostly because either older version of the theme or conflicting plugin :)

    Hey!

    I deactivated “WP-ServerInfo” plugin and flushed browser cache and Advanced Layout Builder works fine. Please review your website now
