Avia layout architect is cleaning the code of the html text block

Hi,
I’m trying to ad a shortcode direct after a <h2> tag:

<h2> text [efn_note]footnode[/efn_note]</h2> , because I want the footnote also in h2.
Avia layout architect is cleaning the code of the html text block.

I’m getting crazy here. Any idea, what I can do, that Avia layout architect is not cleaning the code of the html text block?
