    Hi!

    On a customer’s site, the “Product List” item in the Avia Layout Builder has stopped showing products as we updated WooCommerce and Enfold. We are using WordPress 4.7.5, Enfold 4.0.7 and WooCommerce 3.0.7. What could be wrong with the new versions?

    Hey miehling,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you add any custom modifications prior to the issue? Please get a fresh copy of the config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > product_list.php file and then override the same file in your installation.

    Hi!

    Thanks for your answer! We have no custom modifications in Enfold at all. The child theme only has some other WooCommerce related functions, but deactivating those functions dit not make the trick.

    Do you have another idea?

    I’m sorry but I can’t reproduce the same issue on my installation. Did you get a fresh copy of the product_list.php file?

    Dear Ismael,

    I just downloaded the latest Enfold package from Themeforest and copied the file product_list.php to /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes, but that did not help.

    Any other idea?

    Try increasing your WP Memory Limit to at least to 64M.

    The memory limit was already set to 256 MB.

    Hi,

    The product slider is not working either. Did you update the theme from the dashboard? Please get a fresh copy of the theme from your themeforest account then update it manually via FTP.
